The meter modules takes care of aggregating usage information (e.g. rolling up individual pageviews to a website into daily or monthly aggregates). See the usage module for the billing aspect.
Release builds are available on Maven Central with coordinates org.kill-bill.billing.plugin.java:meter-plugin.
